To make pendant:

1) peal off the top layer chipboard rectangle and replace it with patterned paper

2) adhere chipboard to pendant, cover with layer of glaze and dry with heat gun for crackled look

3) de-boss chipboard with stamp

4) color chipboard with Glimmer Mist, dry and adhere to pendent 

5) embellish with buttons, twine and sentiment
