This issue is essential for any holiday crafter... my kids have even thumbed through it and marked cards that they want to make for friends and family this Christmas. I would like to use non-traditional colors this year for my cards but I'm going to use red & green. I am trying to use up the red left over from years ago when I got overzealous and bought a whole ream of red cardstock. I know, it was overkill. But hey, I was excited to be making my own cards for the first time ever.

I'm not big on the traditional red and green together, but would use them separately with silver as an accent. I also love dark purple, or blue also, with silver (I guess just anything with silver works for me, haha).

Oddly enough I can't stand the traditional red and green. I live a moss green with browns and maybe a tiny smidge of burnt red as an accent. Basic Grey Jovial colors are perfect this year!
