Go-to Gal Designer Challenge: Bazzill Basics Paper

Hello, hello! Today is a great day here on the blog because its time for another Go-to Gal challenge!

On the last Wednesday of the month the Go-to Gals take turns picking a manufacturer and challenge each other to create something using products from that manufacturer. It's a fun little hop to see how we put some of our favorite goodies to use. There are really no rules... some times we all play, some times we don't. But it will ALWAYS be fun!

Today we are all featuring Bazzill Basics Paper. I've been a long time fan of several of Bazzill's collections, particular the Prismatics Cardstock (love that texture!) and Smoothies. Smoothies is so versatile... it can easily be stamped, die cut, embossed, punched... and it has my go-to color for cardstock- kraft. Anyone else a big kraft fan?
To create this card I punched three layers with a border punch and then simply layered a few favorite embellishments that were laying in my desk.

So now its time to check out the other Go-to Gal's blogs! Stop by and say hi to BetsyJenniferKim & Teri

Have a wonderful day!

Products used: cardstock (Bazzill Basics Paper); trim & buckle (vintage); ribbon (Stampin' Up); flower (Zva Creative); blinged floral brad (The Paper Studio); punch (EK Success); sentiment (October Afternoon).

Beautiful card--very elegant and such great ideas! I find just finding stuff lying around to add is better than trying to plan it out--then it quickly becomes over done--but sometimes the "oh, this ribbon is out, it would look great" seems to be a better way to go.

The colors are beautiful together! I like the way the lace repeats the half circle design of the cardstock cutout below.

What a great idea - and I love kraft cardstock! It is gorgeous how you "prettied" it up - thank you so much!

This is absolutely gorgeous Windy! I love the way you say you "simply" layered - I am so not good at that but I really want to be :) Love the scalloped edges and I am a huge fan of Kraft!

Great card. I'm Kraft challenged I must admit, but love it! Cute punch, wondering whose punch that is.
